Who makes COLOMBOOM jewelry?
Our earrings are handmade by women artisans in Colombia, using traditional craft techniques. Every pair is made by hand.
What are the earrings made of?
The posts are double rhodium-plated (brass base). We use Czech seed beads, Murano glass and hand-crocheted elements.
Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped from Zurich. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times to other countries depend on the destination. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item has a defect, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 3.00. For other countries, shipping is around CHF 5.00, depending on the destination. Shipping is free from 2 items.
